How do I place an order?
Go to your desired product, click “Add to Cart”, then proceed to checkout where you
provide your delivery and payment details.
What payment options are available?
You can pay using digital wallets, or COD (if enabled by the seller).
How can I track my order?
Visit My Orders → Click on the order to view its tracking status. You’ll also receive
Notification/email updates.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Check the seller’s return/cancellation policy under the product page. Some items may
not be eligible once shipped.
What if I don’t receive my order?
Use the chatbot or contact our support team. You may also raise a complaint from the
order details page.

How can I become a seller on Rastriya Krishi Bazaar?
Click on Became a Seller, complete KYC, and wait for approval. Once approved,
access the Seller Dashboard.
What can I sell on the platform?
Agricultural products, inputs (seeds, tools, fertilizer), services, and other permitted
items. Items are categorized by type.
How do I manage inventory?
Login to Seller Dashboard → Manage Products → Update Stock. Inventory syncs
automatically when orders are placed.
How do I receive payments?
Payments are settled periodically to your registered bank account or wallet after order
completion.
Can I offer discounts and coupons?
Yes, use the Promotions section in the Seller Dashboard to create custom offers.

How do I manage my crops on Rastriya Krishi Bazaar?
Use the Crop Management module to create crop profiles, log activities, and receive
alerts based on stages.
What is a crop template?
It’s a predefined guideline created with expert research, helping you track key farming
stages and get timely reminders.
How do I get farming advice?
Go to Support → Select Expert → Book Consultation or Ask a Question. You can also
upload photos of affected crops.
Can I get weather-based alerts?
Yes, real-time weather is integrated into the crop module. Alerts are sent for irrigation,
pesticide, and other key actions.

Do I need external software for farm accounting?
No. The platform has an integrated accounting system for sales, purchases, payments,
and financial reports.
What types of reports can I generate?
Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, Payables, Receivables, and Inventory Valuation reports are
available.
Are transactions recorded automatically?
Yes, transactions like sales and purchases update inventory and ledgers in real-time.

What is Rastriya Krishi Bazaar’s marketplace?
It’s a digital platform to buy/sell agricultural products, daily needs, and services. Open to buyers, farmers, and suppliers.
How are products organized?
By category, subcategory, price range, seller location, and type. Filters help refine your
search.
Can I see reviews before buying?
Yes. Each product has a rating and review section to help guide purchasing decisions.

What is the Knowledge Center?
A section that offers blogs, news, verified guides, discussion forums, and learning
resources tailored for agriculture.
Can I join discussion forums?
Yes. You can participate in topic-based forums, ask questions, or share your
experience.
Are expert-led online courses available?
Yes. Courses, webinars, and verified guides are available in the Verified Content
section.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” → Enter your registered email/phone → Follow OTP-based
instructions to reset.
How do I change my phone/email?
Go to Account Settings → Edit Profile → Enter OTP to confirm changes.
Is my data safe on this platform?
Yes. The platform follows OWASP security standards, with SSL encryption, OTP
verification, and audit logs.
