Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (except for perishable goods – see below).
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Returns for Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of perishable items (such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, or plants), we only accept return requests within 2 hour of delivery.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted after 2 hour of delivery for any perishable goods.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized items
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, email us at info@supermartnepal.com with your order number and item photos.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
